Download GeoVision VMS V17 https://dlcdn.geovision.com.tw/Software/DVD/Paid/GV-VMS_V17.zip
Unzip the file and run GV-VMS_V17.4.8\setup.exe to install GeoVision VMS V17
If it asks install DotNet 3.5
Run the installed program "GV IP Device Utility" (Start > All Programs > GV-VMS >GV IP Device Utility )
Click allow on Firewall
Left click on the IP address of the GV-VS14 and click on configure
Enter the password "admin"
Change the IP GW and DNS and then click OK
The GV-VS14 will then reboot with the new ip
Open "Geovsion VMS" (Start > All Programs > GV-VMS >Geovsion VMS )
Enter a admin user and password
After you login Automatic Setup will open Click on "Automatic Setup"
After it finds the GV-VS14 click on "Apply"
Now the cameras are in VMS, uncheck unused channels on the left and click settings on the right to change image settings
Now the GV-VS14 will just act like 4 IP cameras in the VMS for normal VMS usage.
